SOS lost around 3% and ends the week with a felt back of 40%

 The SOS Corporation Shares went down by 3% and closed the week with a depreciation of 40% as a consequence of the issue of new shares destined to recapitalize the company.

After the capital increase, the company signed a credit bank agreement for the restructuration of more than 1.0000 millions of the financial debt.

                The company closed with a consecutive sixth day with negative balance.

Normally, the capital increasse promotes good expectations of the company business to the shareholders, but  in SOS Group that increase of capital has been understood as a money need, consequently the expectations are lower and the  shares price decrease in the market.
