Caja Madrid and Unicaja have been consolidated as the two mayor SOS shareholders  with a property of 18,7% and 11,35% respectively, after the capital increase.

Caja Madrid, presided by Rodrigo Rato, increased from 14,6% until 18,4% , concretely with a contribution of 29,28 millions, which were exchanged in preferred participations for shares, capitalizing the company debt in 46,83 millions.

On the other hand, Caja Granada reduced their control from 7% until 5% and Ebro Foods controlled a 9,33% of the SOS  Group, with two CEO´s in the corporation.

The expectations and the confidence of the most important savings banks in spain (Unicaja and Caja Madrid) made possible the exchange of debt (preferred participtions) for capital, improving the Sos Group balance and increasing the control  becoming the two most consolidated owners.
