SOS Corporation shares increase a 15% after the expectation of dividends

The SOS corporations shares were revaluated around 15% , after a dramatic decrease of 23% during the week.

That rapid increase take place after the CNMV notified that Sos Corporations expect to generate enough cash flows to give dividends to the shareholders, with the creditors authorization.

According to the president of SOS, Mariano Perez Claver, the refinancing agreement conditioned the shareholders retribution until the company debt

The goal is to achieve a level of (debt/EBITDA), then the company is able to give dividends, that level will be achieved in two and half years. The last retribution was in 2008.

 

The SOS Group reestructurations will have notable efects in two and half years, in that moment the company will get profits and consequently will be able ot give dividends. That expectation make increase the shares price in the market
